About the company

Building AI infrastructure for business in Kazakhstan.

A small team in Almaty, convinced that AI should work for every employee — not to replace them, but to free them from routine.

The large models are built in San Francisco. They don't speak Kazakh, don't understand our regulations, and have no sense of how business actually works here. We want every Kazakhstani company to have its own assistant — tuned to its context, fluent in its language, and keeping its data at home.

Our principles

Four rules that shape every decision we make.

01

Locality

Servers in Kazakhstan. We never move customer data to the US or the EU without explicit consent. It's an engineering decision built into the architecture from day one.

02

Transparency

No black boxes. Every agent answer cites its source in your knowledge base. An open roadmap. Clear pricing. No vendor lock-in: your data can be exported at any moment.

03

Usefulness over hype

We don't promise an “AI revolution.” We promise to save your employees hours of routine every week. Concrete tasks, concrete results, measurable returns.

04

Partnership

When you have a question, a person in Almaty answers — not a bot at 3 a.m. San Francisco time. In Russian, Kazakh, or English. By phone, on Telegram, in person.

How we got here

A short history, with no embellishment.

2024
The idea
The briq.team crew noticed that half the staff were quietly using ChatGPT over a VPN. It became clear: people genuinely need AI assistants, but the existing foreign solutions don't fit Kazakhstani business — not in language, not in compliance, not in price.
2025
First prototype
We shipped an internal version for briq.team. A handful of agents, a knowledge base, a Telegram integration. Within a couple of months the team learned which problems AI actually solves — not the ones in a pitch deck.
January 2026
Personal-data law
On January 18, the updated personal-data law took effect in Kazakhstan. We had already rebuilt our storage, encryption, and consent flows ahead of time. Compliance out of the box became our default stance.
May 2026
Production launch
We opened public pilots. 9 integrations in the catalog (3 production-ready end-to-end, 6 in beta or connecting), multi-tenant architecture, GraphRAG search, a code sandbox, and magic-link auth. We're onboarding companies by invitation and preparing for an open round.
